Claire St. Louis SPHR
 
Claire St. Louis spent almost 15 years with United Water, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for Contract Services. She has extensive experience in talent and succession management, employee on-boarding and engagement, training and development, communication strategy and branding, customer relations, organizational effectiveness, and human capital planning. During her tenure at United Water, she partnered with Dr. Bill Davidson of MESA to design and launch a Strategic Visioning Program that leveraged the talent of established leadership and high-potentials to develop the company’s new mission, vision and core values. Claire has spoken at numerous conferences and webinars on topics ranging from HR image and branding, succession management, on-boarding and strategic visioning, and has facilitated interactive workshops for small and large audiences.

Prior to joining United Water, Claire worked for the Louis Berger Group, an environmental engineering consulting firm. She specializes in the environmental and utility industries.

Ms. St. Louis is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Fairfield University and a master’s degree in professional and technical communication from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
