Performed a broad industry survey of national retail women’s and girl’s clothing chains utilizing brick-and-mortar stores, online sales and catalog-based sales channels.
Prepared a detailed business and financial model for the rollout of a national retail clothing chain for the teen and "tween" (aged 7-14) market utilizing a combination of retail sales outlets (brick-and-mortar stores), online sales, and catalog sales. The model included a 5-year plan for the roll out of 180 stores nationwide, online sales and ERP infrastructure, catalog sales, national distribution and logistics, staffing and advertisement.
Prepared pro forma financial statements for the 5-year plan and presented recommendations and strategies for success of the business model.

Enterprise Strategic Initiative Design
Led the design and development of Enterprise-wide Strategic Initiatives and Projects designed to make this company one of the top-5 US-based transportation services companies. Key efforts included definition of the Aim, Strategy Foundations, and core Enterprise Initiatives for the corporation. Worked with senior team to articulate a detailed master plan, align the organization around it, and define and deploy Enterprise Projects for each core Initiative to reach the Aim.
Performed research of the global transportation services industry to assess the current state and trends of the extended transportation services market, identify market leaders and emerging players, and identify and evaluate opportunities.
Enterprise Program Management System
Led effort to design, organization and launch of an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to manage Enterprise Projects and other corporate activities and the critical resources needed in their execution.
Assisted in the definition and deployment of Program Management systems and tools for the EPMO including the planning and management processes, training programs, resource management system, metrics management system, and online tools including Microsoft Project Server.
